The Jumeirah Beach Hotel

Designed to give the appearance of a rolling wave, this most prestigious of resort buildings utilized in excess of 24,000 square meters of curtain wall. Schuco system SK60V was used for the majority of the project, but a custom designed adaptation of of this system was specially produced to overcome the problem of larger spans called for in certain areas of the building.

Situated on the beach, facing the full force of the elements, Royal 54 sliding door system was selected for the windows & doors, including sloped sliding entrance to the suites.
